How much does Cyprus Airbnb insurance cost?

For most Cyprus Airbnb hosts, the bundled buildings, contents, and public liability policy starts at €200 a year for a one-bed apartment and goes up to €1,200 for a five-bed villa with a pool. Worth knowing: Airbnb's AirCover gives you up to $3M damage and $1M liability, but it's a host-guarantee programme, not a Cyprus-licensed insurance certificate. The Deputy Ministry of Tourism does not accept AirCover for registration. You need both.
