Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018, you have the following rights over the personal data we hold about you. There is no charge for exercising them.
Access. Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you and information about how we use it.
Rectification. Ask us to correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Erasure. Ask us to delete your personal data where there is no legal reason for us to keep it.
Portability. Ask us to provide the data you gave us in a structured, machine-readable format, or to send it to another provider.
Objection. Object to our processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interests, and to any direct marketing.
Restriction. Ask us to pause our use of your personal data while a query about it is resolved.
Withdraw consent. Where we rely on your consent, withdraw it at any time — including your cookie choices, via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.
Email our Data Protection Officer with the details of your request. Please tell us which right you want to exercise and enough information for us to find your records (for example the name, email address or phone number you used).

We will respond within one month of receiving your request. If your request is complex, we may extend this by up to two further months and will tell you if so.
To protect your data, we may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request — for example by matching the contact details you supplied when you first contacted us. We only ask for what is necessary to verify you.
If you interacted with us through Facebook and want to remove the connected app, open your Facebook Settings → “Apps and Websites”, select “Leads Export to CRM”, and click “Remove”. This disables the app’s access to your data. For deletion of any data we already hold, use the request process above.
